Amplify sets you up with a fully branded points-based programme, customised for the recognition types you want to include. You choose the value of the reward points for your programme, and how many points to award for each type of recognition.

We launch the programme with a full communications plan to get all managers and employees fully engaged with the programme website on their desktops, mobiles and tablets.

When a team member goes above and beyond, they earn your reward points. As they accumulate, employees can convert their points into real-world rewards, making their hard work pay off in more ways than one.

Employees can choose rewards in the Amplify Reward Store from all the top retail, ecommerce, travel, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, experiential and product brands. Or, for tax purposes, a universal Mastercard gift card can be offered instead (Ireland-only).

Staff can use their Reward Points in the online Reward Store to order gift cards, e-codes, and products from 1,000s of top retail, ecommerce, travel, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, experiential and technology brands.

For clients in Ireland, the system works with the Small Benefit Scheme, where employees can earn up to €1,500 in tax-free rewards per year.
