HR Trends 2024 Report
This is AllGo’s 6th annual HR Trends Report, giving a snapshot of the HR landscape and predictions for the year ahead.
This report is based on an online survey of over 200 Senior HR Professionals, carried out in January 2024. 57% of respondents are Irish-based, so the report predominantly reflects HR Trends in Ireland.
54% of respondent companies employ 50-500 people, with 12% of respondents having over 500 staff. 34% were under 50 people, so the results primarily reflect medium and large companies.
20% of respondents are in HR Leadership roles, 42% hold Senior HR Manager roles, with 38% in Junior HR roles.
The range of sectors represented is diverse with Business Services, Technology / Telecoms, Construction & Property, Food & Beverages, Engineering, Medical / Health / Pharma and Design & Marketing to the fore.
