You have the flexibility to reward your Employee of the Month based on your selected criteria. Just send Amplify a spreadsheet of employees of the month and reward points for each and Amplify will do the rest. Choose to allocate points that can be redeemed in your personalised Reward Store, or opt to send them a pre-valued AllGifts.ie gift card.

In Ireland, these reward points can be saved up for an Allgo Mastercard. This would be completely tax-free up to €1000 per employee per year with the Small Benefit Scheme. Whichever method you prefer, our platform ensures that all forms of recognition are centralised, making it easy to manage and oversee.
