Reward Frequency

  • Most incentive programmes run on a monthly cycle, where results are reported and rewards made each month.
  • In some incentives, reward cycles can be shorter (weekly) or longer (quarterly) depending on the complexity and reporting leadtimes for the goals.
  • Sometimes a reward cycle is combined with a monthly leaderboard and quarterly prize draw for added engagement.
