- Amplify will advise and configure the best incentive mechanic for your business goals – eg Do This / Get That, Leaderboards, Incentive Race, Nomination-based, Prize Draw-based, Stepped Rewards, Team-Based Performance
Points Values & Budgets
- You decide the value of each Reward Point and the number of points to award for each KPI in your incentive programme.
- Your budget can be an absolute amount, or can increase with results achieved, paid for through higher performance.
- In our experience, the minimum reward needed to drive participation should range from €50 to €300 per employee per year.
Reward Frequency
- Most incentive programmes run on a monthly cycle, where results are reported and rewards made each month.
- In some incentives, reward cycles can be shorter (weekly) or longer (quarterly) depending on the complexity and reporting leadtimes for the goals.
