With Amplify Service Awards, employee milestones are automatically recognised and rewarded, ensuring every anniversary is celebrated without manual effort. Fully configurable to your organisation’s needs, Service Awards combine meaningful recognition with tangible rewards.

Set Milestones & Reward Points

Choose which service milestones to recognise (e.g. 1, 3, 5, 10+ years) and assign Reward Points to each one.

Automated Rewards

We track length of service based on an employee's start date. On the day an employee reaches their milestone, their Service Award is automatically issued, so no moment is missed.

Personalised Recognition

The employee receives their award by email, including a personalised message from the company, and their line manager is automatically notified.

Reward and Celebrate

Reward Points are added to the employee’s balance, ready to redeem from the global catalogue. The milestone can also be shared within the Recognition Hub, reinforcing a culture of appreciation across the organisation.
