Reward Points Over €1,500
For employees that earn in excess of €1,500 in reward points per year, the company can decide which of the follow options to apply-
Carry-Over
Convert €1,500 worth of points, and carry the excess points balance over to the following year.
Payroll Payout
Convert €1,500 worth of points, and pay the excess points balance through payroll subject to the usual income taxes.
Gross Up
Convert €1,500 worth of points, and gross up the excess points balance to award a 2nd gift card to the employee without them paying the BIK amount.
Reward Cap
Cap the maximum value of points any employee can earn in one year to €1,500.

Credit Levels
- Automatically allocate monthly, quarterly or annual nomination credits based on the number of direct reports.
- Credits can carry over or expire.
- 1 Credit = 1 Reward Point = the value you decide for your programme.
- Up to 10 different Nomination Credit Levels can be configured.
Tiered Awards
- When using credits to nominate for a reward, choose from a customised drop-down of predefined award levels – eg Gold Award (30 Credit / 30 Points), Silver
- Award (20 Credit / 20 Points), Bronze Award (10 Credit / 10 Points),
Awards Level names can be customised for your programme.
Simple Thanks
- No nomination credits left? Or only want managers to have credits but all employees to be able to nominate? No problem, with Simple Thanks everyone can send recognition (with zero credits / zero rewards) at any time, making recognition unlimited!
Approvals
- Nominations and Simple Thanks can be made subject to HR approval if required.
- If approvals are enabled, all nominations have to be approved in the programme admin portal by specified company admins before a reward is sent.
