Once submitted, rewards can be sent instantly or routed through an approval process if required. Employees receive notification by email, their line manager can also be informed, and the recognition is displayed on the employee’s timeline within the platform. And of course their Reward Points are added to to their total balance.
Huge Choice of Rewards
Staff can use their Reward Points in the online Reward Store to order gift cards, e-codes, and products from 1,000s of top retail, ecommerce, travel, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, experiential and technology brands.
Amplify has partnered with the best suppliers and brands globally, and has developed a sophisticated online supplier system to manage reward orders. The Amplify Reward Store encompasses over 2,000 individual rewards in 60 countries.
Tax-Free RewardsÂ
For clients in Ireland, the system works with the Small Benefit Scheme, where employees can earn up to €1,500 in tax-free rewards per year.
For Small Benefit, instead of spending points in the Reward Store, points get converted at set times of the year into a tax-free AllGo Mastercard Gift Card – the universal gift card that can be spent anywhere that accepts Mastercard – instore, online or even abroad.

Amplify’s Recognition Hub allows for total configuration so you can have the exact Team Awards that are right for your company and your employees. Here below are just some of the main Team Awards settings that you can configure – with our input and advise if you need it-
Credit Levels
- Automatically allocate monthly, quarterly or annual nomination credits based on the number of direct reports.
- Credits can carry over or expire.
- 1 Credit = 1 Reward Point = the value you decide for your programme.
- Up to 10 different Nomination Credit Levels can be configured.
Tiered Awards
- When using credits to nominate for a reward, choose from a customised drop-down of predefined award levels – eg Gold Award (30 Credit / 30 Points), Silver
- Award (20 Credit / 20 Points), Bronze Award (10 Credit / 10 Points),
Awards Level names can be customised for your programme.
Simple Thanks
- No nomination credits left? Or only want managers to have credits but all employees to be able to nominate? No problem, with Simple Thanks everyone can send recognition (with zero credits / zero rewards) at any time, making recognition unlimited!
Approvals
- Nominations and Simple Thanks can be made subject to HR approval if required.Â
- If approvals are enabled, all nominations have to be approved in the programme admin portal by specified company admins before a reward is sent.
