How it Works

Our Team Rewards module gives your company the flexibility to reward employees instantly for exceptional contributions, milestones, or achievements – whenever recognition is deserved. Whether it’s celebrating loyalty, rewarding outstanding performance, recognising team success, or issuing seasonal bonuses, rewards can be tailored to suit your business needs.

Select an Employee or Team

Search for an individual employee or group eligible to receive recognition, using name, department, location or team details.

Choose a Reward Type

Select the type of recognition being awarded, such as Service Awards, Team Awards, One-off Incentives, Sales SPIFFs or Christmas Bonuses.

Add a Recognition Message

Include a personalised message explaining the achievement, contribution, milestone or behaviour being recognised.

Assign a Reward Value

Choose the Reward Points amount or reward level associated with the recognition. Rewards can be customised based on occasion, achievement or company policy.

Once submitted, rewards can be sent instantly or routed through an approval process if required. Employees receive notification by email, their line manager can also be informed, and the recognition is displayed on the employee’s timeline within the platform. And of course their Reward Points are added to to their total balance.

For clients in Ireland, the system works with the Small Benefit Scheme, where employees can earn up to €1,500 in tax-free rewards per year.

For Small Benefit, instead of spending points in the Reward Store, points get converted at set times of the year into a tax-free AllGo Mastercard Gift Card – the universal gift card that can be spent anywhere that accepts Mastercard – instore, online or even abroad.

Credit Levels

  • Automatically allocate monthly, quarterly or annual nomination credits based on the number of direct reports.
  • Credits can carry over or expire.
  • 1 Credit = 1 Reward Point = the value you decide for your programme.
  • Up to 10 different Nomination Credit Levels can be configured.

Simple Thanks

  • No nomination credits left? Or only want managers to have credits but all employees to be able to nominate? No problem, with Simple Thanks everyone can send recognition (with zero credits / zero rewards) at any time, making recognition unlimited!
