The Challenge
Ipsos B&A is Irelandโs leading research & insight agency, with over 60 years experience in market research. AcumenPanel.ie is Ipsos B&Aโs independent panel of 40,000+ consumers, giving clients access to the opinions of the most representative consumer panel in Ireland.
In growing the panel and encouraging survey participation, B&A needed an easy way to provide attractive rewards to participants for registering on the panel and for completing surveys.
The Programme
Acumen Panelโs survey platform includes automatic points awarding and banking for survey completions. Using Amplifyโs Voucher Hub API suite, Acumen Panelโs platform is integrated with Voucher Hub, enabling panellists to automatically redeem their survey points for AllGifts Vouchers directly from the survey platform.
When survey points are redeemed on the Acumen Panel platform, a branded AllGifts Voucher is automatically emailed to the panellist for the value of points redeemed.
The AllGifts Vouchers are then used on AllGifts.ie to order products, services, retail gift cards, or to make bookings with over 1,000 of the best shops, hotels, restaurants, spas, leisure, travel & activity companies in Ireland.
Voucher partners include Amazon, Dunnes, Tescos, Lidl, Arnotts, Brown Thomas, Ikea, DID, Currys, Penneys, TK Maxx, River Island, Schuh, Eason, Smyths, Lifestyle Sports, Eurocycles, McGuirks, Halfords, Boots, B&Q, Peter Mark, Milano, 700 Irish Hotels, Ticketmaster, and IMC Cinemas to name but a few.
Acumen Panel receives automatic low balance notification when their Voucher Hub account needs to be topped-up, and they use the Reports Module of Voucher Hub to manage and analyse the reward programme.
The Result
With the help of integrated AllGifts eVouchers, Ipsos B&A has grown Acumen Panel to be one of the largest online market research panels in Ireland, with an engaged audience whose completion rates for surveys is well above the industry norm.
In using Amplifyโs Voucher Hub API, the redeeming of survey points by panellists is seamless, in real-time, and with zero admin on the part of Ipsos B&A.
