The Challenge
Motivates is a UK-based agency specialising in Employee Recognition, Customer Loyalty and Incentive Programmes. Their Lifestyle Voucher is one of Britain’s most popular multi-store reward vouchers, with over 120 of the UK’s best-loved retail, cinema, holiday, dining and pub brands.
Several of Motivate’s larger UK clients also have operations in Ireland. To be able to offer a similar standard of reward choice for Irish customers as the The Lifestyle Voucher offers in the UK, Motivates turned to Amplify to provide AllGifts Vouchers that would offer a huge redemption choice and that could be seamlessly integrated into Motivate’s systems.
The Programme
Motivates uses Voucher Hub to send AllGifts Vouchers to Irish customers on the incentive, reward and recognition programmes they run. Vouchers are sent by email/SMS or in printed format depending on the programme.
Motivates manage their own Voucher Hub accounts, allowing them to have different voucher branding, budgets and admins for each of their programmes.
Voucher Hub offers multiple ways of generating and sending vouchers so Motivates can use the method that works best for each programme. For example, for small programmes with infrequent rewards, Motivates manually send vouchers individually from the Voucher Hub portal. For larger programmes, motivates can upload a spreadsheet of voucher recipients in bulk.
For other programmes, Motivates use Voucher Hub to download voucher codes for mail merging with their own printed reward vouchers. For large scale programmes, Voucher Hub is integrated into their points-based platform using Amplify’s APIs for automatically adding users and issuing AllGifts Vouchers. This enables AllGifts vouchers to be automatically generated and sent when triggered by Motivate’s own incentive platform.
AllGifts Vouchers recipients then use the vouchers on AllGifts.ie to order products, services, retail gift cards, or to make bookings with over 1,000 of the best shops, hotels, restaurants, spas, leisure, travel & activity companies in Ireland.
The Results
Motivates can now offer seamless services across the UK and in Ireland, with customers enjoying the same standard for reward choice across both countries.
Voucher Hub API integrations allow Motivates to efficiently run each of their programmes, eliminating most of the manual tasks they faced before.
And Motivates can even choose between digital eVouchers and printed vouchers, with separate branding and messaging for each programme, giving them total flexibility in running their different programmes.
