The Challenge
Staffline is one of the largest and most trusted recruitment agencies in Ireland, providing Recruitment Services, Outsourced Services, Specialised Services, and Consultancy & Support across the island of Ireland.
Staffline manages their own employee Reward & Recognition programme, and needed a system that would allow their HR department to easily send rewards to staff on-demand. The rewards offered had to be appealing for staff and offer a broad range of brands.
The Programme
Amplify set Staffline up with a Voucher Hub self-service account. This allows Staffline admins to instantly generate branded AllGifts Vouchers of any value, to add a personal message and to send them instantly by email and SMS (or to print out for in-person presentation).
Vouchers can be generated individually or in bulk via a spreadsheet upload into Voucher Hub. There are both Admin and Approver roles, so Staffline can determine who is allowed to allocate vouchers and who can approve them for sending. Staffline can also set reward budgets for voucher admins and approvers.
Voucher Hub automatically notifies them when their account balance drops below an agreed low balance amount. And the company can then request a credit top-up to be added to their Voucher Hub account.
With Voucher Hub’s Reporting Module, Staffline can run reports on vouchers issued and can easily re-issue vouchers and/or re-send by email.
Staffline employees who receive AllGifts Vouchers then used on AllGifts.ie to order products, services, retail gift cards, or to make bookings with over 1,000 of the best shops, hotels, restaurants, spas, leisure, travel & activity companies in Ireland.
Voucher partners include Amazon, Dunnes, Tescos, Lidl, Arnotts, Brown Thomas, Ikea, DID, Currys, Penneys, TK Maxx, River Island, Schuh, Eason, Smyths, Lifestyle Sports, Eurocycles, McGuirks, Halfords, Boots, B&Q, Peter Mark, Milano, 700 Irish Hotels, Ticketmaster, and IMC Cinemas to name but a few.
The Result
Voucher Hub has made the management of Staffline’s Reward & Recognition programme easy and efficient for the Staffline HR department. HR can now can easily manage Service Awards and KPI-based performance incentives themselves, and can add short term incentives or additional rewards easily and quickly, knowing that the rewards will be easy and quick to administrator,
In addition, staff love the choice of reward brands that AllGifts Vouchers offer, as well as the easy and quick redemption flow.
